have the worst. since the end of the trump administration, the drug cartels have seen their revenue skyrocket by an astounding 2500%. think if that was a public company, the stock would be quite a price. 2500% in two years. the choice this election is simple. democrats will defund the police, republicans will defund the cartels, and we will do that. [cheers and applause] under my leadership, we waged war on the cartels and we were very, very successful. we stopped us all a fraud, we took alien gang members, all illegally in our country, by the thousands and thousands, ms 13, everyone, we got them the hell out of our country. we took care of it. the countries didn't want to

take them back. el salvador, honduras. they didn't want to take them back. i said to the people, honduras, how much do we pay these countries? the total for the three countries, 750 million dollars a year. that is a lot. i said, they won't take them back. they wanted to send ms 13 back to these various countries. they wouldn't take them back, so our people gave up. i said differently, how much do we pay? i said, here is what you do. inform them that we are no longer giving them any money. the following day, i got a call from guatemala president, el salvador, honduras.

mr. president, sir, we understand you are upset. what are you upset about? you won't take our people back that you sent to us, you are not taking them back. you have to take them back. they said, we would love to do that, is there a problem? i said yeah. they are putting airplanes and the runway. when the planes would come in, they had to go back to where they came from. they were blocking up the buses and the waters. you couldn't get them back. so i said, here is what you do. you are not getting any money until you open up your land and you are taking these criminals back into your country. most of them were criminals. they said, we would be honored to do so. why didn't you ask? they have been asking for about 15 years, but we asked a little bit differently. that afternoon, we had a mass migration out of our country of ms 13 gang members and killers

and everything else. [cheers and applause] they took them back very quickly. you know the boeing, they are complaining now that air force one, we have a new air force one under construction because no president really wanted to do it. when i got there, they said, we want you to sign this document. the document was a contract with boeing to buy a new air force one. the plane is 13 years old, i think it is time. they come in from certain countries, the plane is about three days old. ours is 32 years. and we are the united states of america. the general came up to me from the air force and said, we have a document ready. we are buying a new air force one. air force one is actually two seaplanes. -- two planes. they are quite the plane.

i can't even tell you what is on those planes, it might be top-secret, they might say, he violated a document. every other president takes their documents, i can't have a document. everybody else, they got them all over the place. chinese restaurants in bowling alleys. the windows are broken, the doors are broken, they have no security. it is ok for them but not for trump. they said, sir, it is something we have to do, we have to buy the plane. i said 5.7 billion dollars sounds like too much. 5.7. the head of boeing came to see me and i said, this was before the tragedy. that was one of the great companies of our country. and of the world.

the planes that went down, it was devastating. this was when they were thought to be the greatest company there is. he came up to see me and said, you are not signing the document. why? i said, because i think the price is too high. because it was negotiated by obama. [cheers and applause] i said i think it is too high. $5.7 billion. he said, maybe we could take something off, and i said, it has to have a three in front of it. he said we can't do that. he said we will take $200 million off. i said, no good. got to have a three. so, time went by. a bout a month, at the head of boeing called me up and he said, make it 5.5 billion dollars.

i said, no. got to have a three. then we didn't hear from him again. he came down to 4.9 billion. i said, you are getting close. another billion, you will be there. even if you have a great memory, you forget about the thing as time goes by. i said it has got to have a three. two months later i get a call, head of boeing, and i didn't think he was talking about the plane. he said sir, we would like to make a deal. we will lower it to 4.2. he said, three point 99999 and $.99. and i said, you have a deal. [cheers and applause] so, we

saved 1.7 billion. i watch the contract, it was carefully drawn. they were committed to that deal. now what happens is, if you are reading the paper, boeing is complaining that the deal was terrible for them, they will lose $800 million on the deal and i said, well they have to lose that, but i understand the biden administration is under negotiation. they walk away with a big, fat profit. they shouldn't do that, that was the deal they made. every time i see that, it is a big point of contention right now. i did that with ships, i would show up out of nowhere, nope, you have to lower your price. you don't even have to do a lot of research and development. i say, the price is too high. we saved so much money without. now, the planes are a big topic

of conversation and i am very proud to say that nobody in this audience has ever heard of anything like this with respect to the united states. we always pay so much that everybody gets rich, all of these companies get rich, but somebody is out there watching for you. that is what i am doing, watching for you. pretty cool. here, i never believed they wanted open borders, i never thought they were stupid. look at the way they cheated elections. they cheat so much, nobody has ever treated like these people cheat. they are not stupid. the only other answer is, they hate our country. there is only one. they are either stupid or hate our country. they wanted open borders to ravage our country. every day, at the open border policies are getting innocent americans killed. they wanted to link parts of it open so that we could have open borders. who would want open borders? earlier this year in philadelphia, illegal alien criminals suspected of two prior stabbings shot an innocent sings -- 76-year-old man in the back of the head while the man was walking his dog and walking around for a little exercise. last year, and illegal alien in

montgomery county viciously murdered and 23-year-old woman with a knife, stabbing her repeatedly, again and again in her back. and then throwing her body under a pile of trees. people come into our country and come in by the hundreds of thousands. don't believe when you hear 3 million people, it is 10 million people. far more than they are saying. in chester county, and illegal alien is charged with robbing a 33-year-old beautiful young woman by the hair, pulling her to the ground and stabbing her to death in front of her seven-year-old daughter and three-year-old son. these are animals. i remember when i used that term to describe some vicious killers and nancy pelosi said, these are not animals, these are human beings. no, they are animals. we better get talked or we are

not going to have a country left anymore. when republicans retake congress, we must immediately force the restoration of every single border security policy. all they had to do is come in and do nothing. everything was great. we had the great tom. i will tell you, people on the border patrol, including our great leader, who i happen to be in love with. i don't even like to mention people's names. if you mention names, they get visited by the fbi. if somebody is doing a good job on the border, they get visited by the guy. if somebody is wanting honest elections, they get visited by the fbi. by the way, a woman who is

incredible, engelbrecht, you know her? and another gentleman who is fantastic, these are patriots, they spent a year going over hundreds of thousands of hours of tape all over the country, they found that ballot boxes -- you heard about -- they came and arrested catherine four days ago. she is now in a houston prison along with another great patriot. they went out and they saw illegal ballot stuffing. when you walk out to vote, you don't walk out like, where's the camera? they did. some of them voted as much as 28 times a day in 28 different

locations. it is a disgrace, we have to get her out. this was not in her agenda as she was growing up, going to good schools, having parents that loved her. she said, this was never in my agenda, prison was not a word in my vocabulary. she is in an incredible person. some of the people that worked with her -- they put her prison. she is in jail. murders all over the street, drug dealers and everything, rapists, and they take an unbelievable american patriot along with others, including january 6. including january 6, people. they got treated like nobody has ever been treated in this country. and yet, blm and antifa burnt

down cities, kill people, and nothing happens to them. [booing] it is a disgrace. two levels of justice, there is no justice. it is the opposite of justice. i said the other day to mike, i am talking about our great congressman, please stand up, mike. run as well as some of these cartels in terms of business. it is a terrible thing. we set up a blue-ribbon committee headed up by nice people from different cities, socialites and very fine people. they don't have a clue. but they love being on the committee because they want some publicity. some of them want to do a job. as soon as they look at these monsters, they wouldn't know what to do. we have to bring our law enforcement and military back in. when i went to china, the china voters came and i had a great relationship with president xi jinping, now president for life. i call him king. he says, no, no, no, i am just president. i had a great relationship with him. i had a great relationship with president xi jinping.

we made in unbelievable trade deal. $50 billion a year. people don't like to write -- look at all of that, they must think i'm going to run for president. will live for another two years. you have got to get out and vote for this man, he is a good man. i was thinking about that a little while ago. somebody was on television, i have a nice plane with a couple of those televisions. somebody said that the vote in pennsylvania for senate could be the difference between having the majority or not. he has a very good man. we will talk about him in a second. you have to get out and you have to vote. or we will have a problem. our country has never been so bad as it is right now. we are not respected anyplace. we have a country, as they say, in decline. we will be talking about it. it is amazing that we love each other, we are having such a good time, and the subject is so negative. there is nothing good to say about what is happening in our country.

anyone involved in the horrible decision to take soldiers out first. they were afraid of us. they were afraid of our f-16s. we gave them everything. it's the greatest humiliation, they understand it better than anyone. the election was rigged and stolen, now our country is being destroyed. i did much better the second time. likewise, getting more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country by far, and now, and order to make our country more successful, safe and glorious, i'm not going to say right now. i'm telling you, and said, no, you are going to say. you will be very happy.

remember the two words? pennsylvania is setting records and violent crime. the democrat supreme court just stated it was corrupt. pennsylvania is being ransacked, looted, torn up and brutalized by the radical demographic policies. i say communist left. despite being given special authority to fight crime in philadelphia, shapiro this guy, he has a good line of route. look at those people back here.

's he will be fantastic. we going to talk about that. nobody knows more about that on the senate.

dr. oz will go to end the socialist bending spree -- spending spree and fight runaway inflation, he is a strongman. he is quick and sharp. it's going to be to the benefit of you and those people back there that i would not wish to press would turn those cameras and show, you can see the end of them. thank you, everybody. as far as the eye can see, you can't even -- i always hate when we give the press this prime location and we have people that have to stand behind him, the cameras now have so much capability. i don't know. when i first started in 2015, i go to the big rally.

has ever seen anything like it. i notes going to stop. pennsylvania desperately needs dr. oz in the u.s. senate. he can be the tie-breaking vote as i said, and he will be a tiebreaker. you cannot let the state be lost, and he is so much better than the senator he is replacing. this guy is like 10 times better than to me. he did not want to charge china terrace. this is a man who is going to be an unbelievable senator, dr. oz is running against somebody name to john fetterman. by far the most extreme and unhinged left-wing politician ever to run for office in

pennsylvania, may be in the country. by his own admission, he wants to release one third of pennsylvania's prison population, and the midst of a crime wave. we have a crime wave here. it's the ideal dream. he wants to abolish cash bail. no cash bail, no nothing. he says if he had one wish, he would wish to end life sentences without parole for convicted murderers and rapists. he publicly brags these r. kelly's. these are rapists out -- the highest level. he wants them to get out. he's really same man that stepped his girlfriend's mother at the death a criminal who killed an innocent man with garden shears, and a parking

garage and violently stabbed him again and again. federman said he was happy to get him released, he wants him released. it will mean death and despair for every community in the commonwealth, he supports sanctuary cities and he signed a pledge to ban fracking for you energy people, i am a big energy person. that is why i believe he won pennsylvania twice. we did much better the second time, you know that. not only in the election but pennsylvania. he wants to ruin energy, raising your taxes. you taken taxes. he is the single most dangerous democrat seeking to join congress this year and dr. oz is the only one that can stop him, and he will stop him. he is working so hard.

nafta and replaced it with usmca, mexico-canada, and it was probably considered now the best trade, so good they want to renegotiate it. that is like boeing. a great win for pennsylvania farmers and manufacturers. we even made a larger and phenomenal trade deal with china and did terrible deals with south korea, japan and other countries, really bad deals to really great deals, we renegotiated horrible deals. i withdrew from the job killing transpacific partnership and i kept your aluminum and steel businesses thriving and doing very well. you notice they haven't taken the tariffs off because they say if they do, that is the end of the steel industry in this country.

i withdrew from the one-sided paris climate accord, canceled the falsely named clean power plan, a nice name but a disaster for our country. just as i promised, we put our miners back to work. germany now is opening coal mines all over their country because the green new was a disaster. biden has resumed the war on your coal. yesterday he declared we are going to be shutting down coal plants across america, can you believe this? in favor of highly unreliable wind and solar, the most expensive energy you can have. an outrageous slap in the face to pennsylvania coal country. i was the one that close to the russian pipeline -- remember i said we are closing the russian pipeline? no other president had even dared to talk about. biden allowed them to go forward with it. we fought for pennsylvania and

one for pennsylvania, with republican victories on tuesday, we will fight and win for pennsylvania once again. [applause] one of the first things we must do is stand up for parents rights -- can you believe we are talking about parents rights? who ever thought we would be talking about parental rights? who would think we had to mention that, five years ago it was unthinkable. we will get critical race theory out of our schools, out of our military and out of every part of our federal, state and local governments. at long last, every parent in america must be empowered to opt out of the forced indoctrination in the classroom and send their child to the public, private, charter, or religious or homeschool of their choice. we will also keep men out of women's sports of that is ok with you. [applause] no teacher should ever be

allowed to teach transgender to our children without parental consent. not what they want, they want to do it without parental consent and we won't let that happen. another one of our highest priorities under republican congress will be to stop left-wing censorship -- we have to restore free speech. we don't have free speech and it is because of them, in our country. go out and sign up now. truth social. it is doing incredible, a lot better than twitter. if you think it is easy to look at a teleprompter when it has a 40 mile-per-hour wind -- [laughter] i feel like a drunken sailor, these things are waiting all over the place. just so you know, i am winging about 80% of what i am saying. 84% of democrats want voter id, but the leaders don't want it because they want to cheat. no more fake drop boxes, no private money pouring into local election offices, and ultimately we need same-day voting with only paper ballots. everything. [laughter] i said to the representatives of mexico, you've got to have them remain in mexico and they did not know what i was talking about, they said why would we do that? everyone said you'll never get that approved and i got it approved. we also got 28,000 mexican soldiers to guard our border. the state department thought i was crazy. everybody said you not going to get any of this stuff. i told them, 100% we will get it. 100%, and the top person in mexico saw me and smiled when i said it, he said they've been asking for 20 years and we will not give that, and i said yes you are, 100%. here is the story, it was a thursday afternoon and i said on monday morning at 9:00, we are putting a 25% tariff on everything mexico cells to the united states. including the 32% of our automobile manufacturing that

they stole. they have 32% of the cars that are made here have moved to mexico and we stopped that. i said you're going to put a tariff of 25% -- every car and product that comes in. may i have five minutes? yes you may. we would love to have 28,000 soldiers guarding the border, we would love to institute a stay in mexico situation for all of the gang members, they are such wonderful people. they agreed to every one of 10 requests and then biden gave them all up for nothing, we don't understand it. we had the safest border. we will strengthen border's a poll -- border patrol. we had unbelievable people. we will again, catch and

release, and chain migration and visa lottery. these are things that you don't have to know much about them but they are bad. and we will end illegal immigration once and for all. most of those things we had and they gave them up so stupidly. we will stop the crime wave in democrat run cities, give our police the power they need and respect they deserve, and we will not take legal protection away from our police. they want our police to go out and get legal representation should they have a problem -- we will represent our police if they have problems. we will restore law and order in america. we will hold china accountable for the unleashing of the virus upon the world, the damage is beyond anything, beyond comprehension. we will abolish all covid mandates and lockdowns and

rehire every patriot fired from the military with an apology and backpay. [applause] from allentown to johnstown, from harrisburg to pittsburgh, and philadelphia to latrobe -- you know what latrobe is? i love latrobe, it is home of the great arnold palmer, who was looking down now, arnold palmer, one of the greats, one of the great men, much more than a great golfer, a great man. he loved latrobe, pennsylvania, he told me. i said you can be anywhere in the world, why do you stay in latrobe? i love the people of latrobe, i love this whole thing -- he bought the course as a young man when he made money, his father was a laborer in latrobe at the course, and arnold won the u.s. amateur, he was a great player

in college. he used to practice with his father, the father would have to borrow members clubs because they could not afford to buy arnold a club and people start crying when they hear this story, his father was a very strong man, a laborer, he could carry more sod than any other man. he ended up teaching his boy how to play with other people's clubs -- they could not afford one club. the members would let them use the club late at night and honor -- arnold became a great golfer and then he turned pro, and from day one he made money and he saved a little bit. after three or four tournaments, he had good money and he bought the course and he made his father the superintendent. i don't know if you know this great story. ultimately he made the father become a great rich man, arnold, he owned television networks, a

lot of things, he started img with mark mccormick. should i tell the story or not? you are not going to leave? img is one of the big companies in hollywood, a big agency, the biggest i guess, very powerful. mark mccormick started it, but he was playing for a certain college and arnold went to wake forest and he was the number one player on the team obviously, he was the best. he was the number one player for wake forest, and mark mccormick was smart but he wanted to be a professional golfer and he fought so hard, he was a good golfer, and he practiced all the time. then he had the privilege -- he was the best player on his team at college.

he had the privilege of the match with wake forest, and arnold palmer was beasley number one, so we got the chance to play arnold palmer, who he had heard about, arnold had won the u.s. amateur. they start off at around the ninth hole, somebody called over to mark, how are you playing? it is the best i've ever played. i am six down. he was six down before the ninth hole and he realized he could never be a great player because arnold palmer was so much better, stronger, longer, a better putter, better at everything. mark mccormick being a smart guy said arnold, you are incredible, what i would like to do is represent you as your agent, i would like to start a company and represent you. arnold palmer was the first person represented -- did you know that -- by img. it became an absolute powerhouse.

arnold owned 50% of it and over the years he would sell it, he loved golf so much, but he made a fortune. he bought television networks and a lot of things. arnold palmer became a good friend of mine in his latter years and i got to play golf with arnold, he was quite a bit older, about 83 or 84 and i was younger than that but not so young. arnold hit a drive and i would hit a drive and i might be three yards longer but he was 83, 84 years old, don't get carried away. i looked at arnold and i said let me ask you a question, do you think 40, 50 years ago, i was longer than you like i am now? he looked at me -- this is before i was president -- let me tell you something, you weren't even close. [laughter] if you look at those trees about 100 yards over there, that's

where my ball would be. he said in fact, i could build a giant walmart between our two balls. [laughter] that wasn't very nice, right? but he was a great man and beyond a golfer, a great man and he came from latrobe, pennsylvania. i have a warm spot for latrobe because he was a friend of mine. incredible guy. i could tell you so many stories. self-deprecating, right? i agreed, that is the saddest part, i said i agree with you. we stand on the shoulders of american legends who poured out their blood, sweat and tears for our rights and freedom. pennsylvania is where our founding fathers declared american independence. think of the importance of the state. what you will be representing in what you will be representing. think of it. it is where the army weathered a

brutal winter in valley forge, where george washington led his men on a daring mission across the delaware. and where our union -- we had it all locked up, was saved by the omoto heroes at gettysburg. gettysburg is the whole ball of wax. one of the most beautiful sights you've ever seen. the site of one of the most vicious battles anyone has ever seen or partaken in. this is a state where generations of tough, strong pennsylvania minors -- they wanted to take away your jobs -- factory workers, steelworkers and energy workers forged the greatest nation in the history of the world. ♪

please help us, joe biden says. yet we have more liquid gold right under our feet than any other country. we are a nation that is consumed by the radical left's green new deal. everyone knows the green new deal will lead to our destruction. we are a nation whose leaders are demanding all electric cars, even though they can't go far, cost too much, and whose batteries are produced in china with materials only available in china, when an unlimited amount of gasoline is available inexpensively in the united states, but it is not available in china. we are a nation that ended oil exploration and production in the united states just as the price of oil reached an all-time high. the highest it has ever been.

what other country would do such a thing? we are a nation that surrendered in afghanistan, leaving behind dead soldiers, american citizens , and $85 billion worth of the finest military equipment in the world. we are a nation that allowed russia to devastate the country ukraine, killing hundreds of thousands of people, and it will only get worse. it would never have happened with me as your commander in chief, and for four straight years, it didn't happen. and china with taiwan is next. we are a nation that has weaponized its law enforcement against the opposing political party like never before. we have got a federal bureau of investigation that won't allow bad election changing tax to be

presented, and allows writers of fiction to lie and say it was fact, and pays a man $200,000 to get trump. where hunter biden's laptop from hell was disinformation, and a department of justice refuses to investigate. egregious acts of voting like -- irregularities. we have a man he was the worst president in the history of our country who is a cognitively impaired and in no condition to lead and is now casually talking about nuclear war with russia, which would be world war iii and far more devastating than any of the previous wars because of the weaponry that no one even wants to talk about. we are a nation that no longer

has a free and fair press. fake news is all you get and they are indeed the enemy of the people. we are a nation where free speech is no longer allowed, where crime is rampant and out of control like never before. where more people died of covid in 2021 than died in 2020. we are a nation that is allowing iran to build massive nuclear weapons and china to use the trillions of dollars taken from us to build a military to more than rival our own. ♪ just two years ago, we had iran, china, russia and north korea in check, they were not going to do a thing against us and everyone knows it. perhaps most importantly, we are nation that is no longer respected or listened to around the world. we are nation that in many ways

has become a joke. we are nation that is hostile to liberty, freedom and faith. we are nation whose economy is collapsing into a cesspool of ruin, whose supply chain, our beautiful supply chain is broken. stores are not stocked. deliveries are not coming. and whose educational system is ranked at the bottom of each and every list. we are a nation where large active criminals and thieves are going into stores and openly robbing them, beating up and killing workers and killing the customers and leaving with armloads of goods and no retribution. where the authority of our great police has been taken, where the families and lives have been

destroyed for the mere mention of the word law enforcement. we are a nation where illegal drugs are easier to get than formula for our beautiful little babies. and nation whose once revered airports are a dirty, crowded mess, you wait for hours and then they are notified the plane won't leave and they have no idea when they will. ticket prices have tripled. they don't have the pilots to drive the planes, they don't have the qualified air traffic controllers and they just don't know what they are doing. we are nation that has lost its confidence, its willpower and its strength. we are nation that has lost its way. but we are not going to allow this horror to continue. two years ago we were a great

nation and we will soon be a great nation again.
